You’re Looking Well The Regime
You’re Looking Well is an ‘inside-out’ regime that combines topical skincare and ingestible supplements made in small batch sizes. The subscription-only product comprises a Day Cream, Day Pill, Night Cream, and Night Pill that claims to offer the user glowing skin, a healthier gut with more regular bowel movements, sounder sleep, better energy levels and improved cognitive function.
The supplements feature a Live Bacteria Blend formulated by a leading dietician Sophie Medlin that has also been approved by gut microbiome expert Professor Glenn Gibson. It consists of Lactobacillus paracasei (Lpc-37), Bifidobacterium lactis (BI-04), and Bifidobacterium lactis (HN019), which the brand said “work together to provide 1) healthier skin, 2) improved gut health, 3) improved cognitive function.” It also highlighted that the blend is encapsulated in a delayed-release capsule to ensure bacteria remains live and active when it reaches the gut.
The Day Cream features a microbiome complex that is claimed to support the skin’s ecosystem of bacteria with pre- and post-biotics that work in tandem with the probiotics in the Day Pill.

Menopause beauty is a growing area for NPD and UK high-street retailer Superdrug has just launched B. Menopause – a capsule skin care collection with products priced between £13.99 - £16.99.
The products feature peptide technology and have been trialled and tested by over 500 people, with users seeing visible results – 71% of users said they noticed a difference after using the Hydrating Sleep Cream once.
Kate Beavis, a Menopause Wellness Practitioner and TikTok Influencer (Fearless At 50), is an advocate of the new range and said: “It’s truly fantastic to see a brand like Superdrug launch a menopause range – especially one that is so aligned with the way women are feeling. We don’t know what to expect when experiencing the menopause and we certainly can’t pre-empt what happens to our skin. For me, my skin was drier, spot-prone, and I just didn’t feel like me. It can have a huge knock-on confidence, I remember thinking, why are my usual products just not working?”
