Italian packaging company Pibiplast showcased Twisty – a squeezable one-hand tottle made for on-the-go use. It’s compact with a twist closure mechanism, making it ideal for one-handed use and therefore more inclusive.

The pack features an integrated capsule and a retractable dropper dispenser that's revealed by rotating the capsule counter-clockwise. Once the product is dispensed, the dropper retracts with a clockwise rotation.

Pibiplast said that this mechanism offers precise dispensing, while a ‘no spill’ system keeps the capsule and bottle looking clean.

A luxurious-looking and fully refillable system for sustainable fragrance products. A 50ml bottle can be refilled in just 20 seconds and used on a variety of bottlenecks. The packaging also uses less plastic – reducing its weight by 33% – and there is also less product waste, as refilling automatically stops when finished and leaves no fragrance in the spout.

The design can be used with or without an over cap and is adaptable to all sizes from samplers, minis, and travel packs to retail packs with SNI15 and SNI17 bottle necks.

The eco-friendly Grace Box is mainly made from ultra-condensed, recycled brown cardboard. It's fully recyclable and reusable, (depending on the finish) and, according to, ProCos it significantly reduces plastic waste.

It’s available in three styles: a lacquered version with a magnetic closure, a single-material version without a magnet in two colours and two constructions: one box and lid; and one box with groove and lid.

ShapeUp Stick by Quadpack

Quadpack’s new refillable stick dispenses product in a personalised shape.

It's easily refillable and recyclable and available with recycled content. The whole pack is monomaterial PP, while the cap and base can be made of PCR PP. It can be used for moisturiser, foundation, blush, highlighter, or a host of other formulations.

Thanks to a custom design plate, the 12.5ml stick dispenses high-viscosity formulas in almost any shape or form – a logo, a symbol or any geometric pattern. The airtight solution protects the product from drying out and keeps it fresh. The formula is delivered through a twist gesture in a personalised shape, which is then picked up with a swipe or stamping gesture.

The innovative Italian company also launched Snap & Go: dual packaging "for personalised and responsible beauty"

The design features two snap-fit bottles that allow users to interchange different products – from mascara to lip gloss or eyebrow definer – to suit their needs, with no waste and without the use of glue.

Snap & Go's design will give brands the option to combine two products in one pack so consumers only repurchase the items they want, and it offers endless customisation possibilities.

French glassmaker Verescence and Albéa Cosmetics & Fragrance have collaborated to create a refillable cosmetic jar, TWIRL.

The base, produced by Verescence in Spain, features glass-composition ‘Infinite Glass 20’, integrating 20% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) glass and providing a tint that meets luxury brands’ aesthetic demands.

The cap, inner jar, and seal are all manufactured in Albéa Simandre in France and made of recyclable material polypropylene (PP). The jar was specially designed to make refilling easy and fast.

Brands can personalise the jar by integrating PCR in the cap for example, or by changing the shape of the base and the cap.
