The next level of last season’s ‘vanilla girl’, the ‘latte girl makeup’ trend is a summertime update. The elegant look involves perfecting a summery bronzed base glow with caramel hues of eye and lip makeup.
Although the trend looks best on those with warmer skin tones, it’s fairly easy to adapt and wear for most consumers.
It has also progressed into a nail trend with plenty of TikTokers showcasing matching caramel-coloured manicures too.

Beauty influencer Hailey Bieber created this rosy-cheeked trend and its already had 14.8 million views and inspired a plethora of copycat videos. The easy-to-create look involves drawing attention to cheeks and lips using pink or red cream blush for a youthful glow.

It’s one of the oldest summertime tricks in the beauty book, but this year it’s been back in vogue to draw on fake freckles with a light brown kohl and then gently smudge and apply a setting spray.

TikTokers are rebelling against sitting in a nail salon every fortnight and instead opting to keep their nails short, clean and free from polish. While those who can’t bear to have completely naked nails are choosing nude, clear and pale pink hues for an almost naked look.

With 1.7 billion views on TikTok already, Kim Kardashian’s favourite facial contouring tricks have been combined with self-tan. TikTokers across the globe are strategically painting bronzing lotion onto their cheekbones, forehead and jaw to leave overnight and then wash off the next morning for a sculpted look.

The glimmering lip trend is said to replicate the look of honey glazing the lips and has already seen 11.3 million views. TikTokers are creating the look by blending golden-hued and pale pink lipsticks and glosses together. The shinier the better.
