World Perfumery Congress gearing up for 2018 edition

The World Perfumery Congress, an educational conference and expo will address the future of the fragrance industry is set to take place 5-7 June 2018 in Nice, France.

A globally-focused event, the congress this year takes the theme ‘A Sense of What’s Next’, and looks ahead to how present and potential developments may impact the worldwide industry.

Presented by the American Society of Perfumers and produced by Perfumer & Flavorist, this year’s event will offer extensive networking and educational opportunities, as well as an interactive Expo Hall featuring the latest innovations shaping 21st century perfumery.

According to the organisers, the content of the congress is set to showcase the latest developments, challenges and trends facing the industry.

Keynote and conference presentations will offer insight from brand leaders, ingredient experts and chemists, market data analysts and more, in addition to a special awards ceremony on the closing day. And a new series of lunch hour talks, Petit WPC, will tackle key issues facing the industry.

Perfumers in attendance will have the opportunity to learn from the world’s most influential scent creators in the intimate and educational Master Perfumer Workshops.
