There has been plenty of new innovations in the beauty packaging arena, and the show organisers say that there will be plenty to address the expectations of the luxury brands in terms of differentiation and developing a special relationships with today's connected consumers.
“Around all the stands, in the various activity areas and at exclusive roundtables there will be a selection of innovations on show for making packaging simply sublime through new decoration techniques, or for making it smart,” say IDICE.
In particular, there will be specially focused sessions on how to differentiate and create exclusive packaging, as well as how to interact with consumers and establish real and lasting customer relationships; two of the hot topics in the industry at present.
Record show
The 28th outing of the event, which is held in the familiar Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, will host a record number of exhibitors - with 450 companies selected for their know-how, and 65 companies exhibiting for the first time.
This year’s exhibition will also see the opening of new halls in the Grimaldi Forum, giving more space for a diverse array of propose packaging solutions, and the organisers maintain that the quality standards will not be diluted.
European exhibitors account for 94% of the total number, including 40% from France, while the remaining 6% come from the United States and Asia.
Special guest
Luxe Pack Monaco will also welcome Chantal Thomass as guest of honour, wo speak about creative packaging and unveil a collection of bottles specially designed for Sélective Line.
On the second day of the event, the internationally renowned designer will also share her passion for creativity.
