Experts from across the entire supply chain will come together on 10-12 June 2014 to discuss and discover the latest formulation trends, growth opportunities and ingredient launches emerging in the $28 billion global fragrance industry.
Jeb Gleason-Allured, Program Director of the 2014 World Perfumery Congress, comments: "We are naturally very excited about opening this year’s event.”
“We have more new exhibitors than ever before who – together with the long-standing attendees – will be demonstrating new and previously unseen innovation in the fine fragrance, cosmetics, personal care and household sectors."
This year’s event will house 25% new exhibitors showcasing their developments and services.
Education
The ‘Future of Fragrance’ is the key theme at this year’s World Perfumery Congress Conference, which will once again run alongside the main event.
Representatives from Procter & Gamble, Coty, Avon, Euromonitor, JAFRA Cosmetics, leading fragrance and ingredient suppliers and regulatory experts will educate attendees on topics including perfumery, packaging, growth markets, sustainability and consumer engagement.
A Perfumery Roundtable will also bring together leading creative minds to celebrate the art of science and perfumery.
"As the industry evolves, so too must our event and this progression is reflected in the nature of our Conference programme,” adds Gleason-Allured.
“We know that emerging markets and sustainability are key topics affecting the industry at the moment, so we have built these into our programme and sourced a selection of world-leading experts to give their views on how they are impacting the sector."
