American company to supply essential oils to Omega Ingredients

Indiana ingredients company Lebermuth Co has announced a deal to supply a British manufacturer of fragrances and cosmetics with essential oils

Lebermuth will provide Suffolk-based Omega Ingredients with mint oil for the production of cosmetics, foods and beverages.

Lebermuth is a Indiana ingredients manufacturer founded in 1908. They sell essential oils as well as herbs, spices and decorative botanicals. They also produce complete fragrances and flavors. 

The company are a national organic products (NOP) certified supplier, and offer organic materials in addition to pure and food-grade essential oils.

Lebermuth are a leading supplier of peppermint oils, which they have produced since the firm's inception. The company subsequently expanded to offer a variety of other essential oils including citrus, herbs and spices.    

Omega

Omega is an award-winning UK ingredients company founded in 2001. They produce components for scents and perfumes, as well as plant extracts which are used in cosmetics and food flavorings.  

The company supplies blue chip brands in Europe with ingredients and is led by Steven Pearce, who according to a statement by the firm is: "one of Europe's most acclaimed lecturers and thinkers in the field of food science."

Omega's main factory is based in the UK.
