Mintel appoints a new global fragrance analyst

The global market researcher has announced the appointment of Emmanuelle Moeglin to the position of global fragrance analyst who is to play a role in specific industry issues and broader macro trends.

According to Vivienne Rudd, director of insight, beauty and personal care at Mintel; “Emmanuelle’s depth of knowledge about the creative, technical and commercial aspects of the fragrance industry will take our analysis of the beauty industry to an even higher level.”

Emmanuelle will be based in Mintel’s UK head office and will join Mintel’s beauty and personal care division, to provide coverage on the global fragrance market, covering areas like brand development, innovation and consumer behaviour.

Said to hold a Master’s in Science and Perfume at ISIPCA, The International Institute of Perfume, Cosmetics and The Food Flavoring in Paris, Emmanuelle joins Mintel after having worked for some of the major international producers of fragrances, such as Symrise in New York, Takasago and L’Oreal in Paris, and Puig in Barcelona.
