Based in Chicago, Gross will report to the global president of the North America division and will be responsible for the published and custom business areas.
She has extensive experience in market research throughout the consumer product industry, but has specialized in the beauty and personal care area. Gross has previously worked for Mintel, as well as spending four years with Toluna, a market research company specializing in consumer research.
Previous to her four-years with Toluna, Gross had spent three years working with Mintel in its consumer research division, where she had managed board level projects as well as key accounts.
