At a ceremony hosted by the INPI earlier this month in Paris to celebrate its 60th birthday and 20 years of trophies for innovation, the Institute selected the most talented winners from among the 46 that have received awards over the last 20 years for their innovative strategy.
Brigitte Closs-Gonthier, the managing director for research and development, representing Jean Paufique, chairman and founder of SILAB, was awarded the trophy of innovation 2011 by Thierry Morin, chairman of the INPI Administration.
The trophy rewards SMEs, who place innovation at the very heart of their growth strategy and who transform their R&D works into industrial property.
