Quadpack presents soft body packaging range
Featuring rounded curves, the new packaging range consists of an airless pump, a clip tube lotion pack, and an airless as well as standard tube.
The latest collection in Yonwoo’s wide array of cosmetics packaging, the company has claimed that Soft Body is ideal for cosmetics and skincare treatments that require a premium feel.
Enhanced barrier properties
Soft Body’s 50ml airless pack has a dual structure consisting of a polyethylene terephthalate (PETG) outer bottle and a polypropylene (PP) inner bottle.
According to Quadpack and Yonwoo, the PETG outer bottle gives extra resistance and transparency where as the PP inner bottle is very compatible.
Furthermore, airless technology guarantees a precise dosage of 0.20cc with each actuation, while protecting the formula from external contamination.
The Soft Body 130ml dip tube lotion pack has a single PETG wall and the same soft lines as the airless pump.
The airless tube, 35mm in diameter with a fill size of 35-90ml, is available in polyethylene or Luxefoil, for formulas which require enhanced barrier properties. The standard tube 30mm in diameter has a fill size of 20-70ml and is also available in PE or Luxefoil.
A 50ml PP jar and a 50ml airless jar will become available later this year.
2-in-1 airless packaging
Quadpack and Yonwoo, in partnership also launched 2-in-1 airless concealer packaging earlier on in the year for heightened product hygiene.
Available as both jumbo jars and tubes, they were designed for two–part cosmetics such as foundation with concealer.
The packs have a flip–top cap with an optional mirror, doubling as a container. The cap either snaps or screws off to reveal the second product.
