Lush re-launches website following hack

UK cosmetics retailer Lush Cosmetics has launched its temporary website following its closure due to a security breach.

Lush closed the site last month and informed customers who had purchased from the site between October 4 and January 20 to contact their bank in case their card details had been compromised.

A temporary site is currently up and running before the company expects the full website re-launch.

A message on the site reads: “Thank you all for coming back to us and trusting us to serve you again. We would also like to take one more opportunity to thank you for all the messages and support that you have extended to us during recent events.”

Currently shoppers are being redirected to the Worldpay site at checkout in order to complete purchases.
