Taking place in Paris, 13 – 16 September, the show combines three events: Cosmeeting; Creative; and the European Spa Exhibition & Summit.
The Creative event is designed for beauty suppliers, including ingredients manufacturers, packaging players and private label companies, and according to the organisers over 200 companies will be present this year.
“Creative is a gathering of over 230 international players thinking ahead to when business picks up,” said the organisers.
Innovation and product development
According to Beyond Beauty Paris, manufacturers are not losing sight of the importance of innovation and product development, even in the current climate.
This, combined with an increasing pressure to tackle the ‘ecological challenge’, makes it the perfect time for suppliers to show how they can add value to a brand’s offering.
The ‘ecological challenge’ is also addressed in the Cosmeeting event, which for the first time will involve the Beauty Organic Awards.
Similar to the Beauty Challenger Awards, which also take place during the Cosmeeting event, the organic awards honour the most promising brands in the category.
The Zoom Cosmeeting space will be returning this year as a place to discover emerging brands and trends, and for the first time a Beyond Zoom space is provided which will be dedicated entirely to niche brands.
In addition, a series of talks will take place within the four day event including presentations on the beauty industry’s response to the crises, international branding and packaging.
For the first time the event is moving closer to the heart of Paris, taking place at the Porte de Versailles instead of its traditional home the Parc des Expositions in Villepinte.
