Situated on the prestigious Unter den Linden Boulevarde, the 500 square metre facility takes the concept of buying cosmetics one step further by providing consumers with the time to relax and undergo cosmetic therapies and treatment without making a booking.
The treatments last between ten and thirty minutes and include styling and massage sessions aimed at tapping into consumer wellness while with promoting the wide portfolio of Nivea skin care and cosmetic brands.
“As a global brand, Nivea aims to be close to consumers and to be in tune with the times with its products and brand presentation,” explained Peter Nota, Beiersdorf exectutive board member.
The growth of the Nivea brand has relied on heavy marketing, promotion and advertising, which has contributed to making it one of the best recognised and most widely used in the industry.
The Berlin Nivea Haus adds to two other purpose-built retail outlets going under the same name, the first of which was opened in Hamburg in 2006, which the second was opened in Dubai last year.
